Description : I. Background
The Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PPG) Program is a livelihood seeding and entrepreneurship development program that aims to assist individuals and families affected by fire incidents and other calamities to recover or start their businesses. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), being the government-s arm in promoting and developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), is committed to providing needed resources to support the recovery and continuity of affected businesses and populace. As such, the DTI, together with other government agencies such as but not limited to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Local Government Units (LGUs), needs to provide timely delivery of services to affected families, individuals, and businesses.
