NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

1. In View of Two (2) failed biddings, The Provincial Government of Isabela, through its Bids and Awards
Committee, will undertake Alternative Mode of Procurement under Negotiated Procurement in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184
