1. The Local Government Unit of Abulug, Cagayan, through the 1011 - CAPITAL OTLAY FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱472,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CURRENT TRANSFORMER/POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER (CT/PT) @ ALINUNU, ABULUG, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Abulug, Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) days. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
