Description : 1 lot Supply and Delivery of Courier Service for Cluster 2

Payment based on ACTUAL billing sent monthly.

Billing date: the original Statement of Account (SOA) must be submitted within 10 days of the succeeding month after the service.

Cut-off date: Services rendered from 1st day up to 30th day of the month should be billed every succeeding month.

The Supplier shall submit a monthly billing statement covering all shipments made by PEZA-MEZ within the billing period, supported by the corresponding Original Statement of Account (SOA) and trip tickets.

The courier service includes daily pick up at 11:00AM-5:00PM from the PEZA Main Office for practically-free services across all SEZs.

The next day, it will be delivered to the courier-s branches closest to the SEZ area.

Courier shall provide P5/MLA pouches and standard boxes for door-to-door delivery and ERD to the following:

1. PEZA Field Offices:

PEZA Office: Greenpoint 2 CalDF Barangay Goleman, Digos City, Davao del Sur

PEZA-CAG Office: Lapu-Lapu Industrial Development Estate Brgy. Basak, Lapu-Lapu City
