1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, CAMARINES SUR, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of PHP 200,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COSTUMIZED SPORTS UNIFORM FOR MAYOR'S CUP 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU CAMALIGAN now invites bids for THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COSTUMIZED SPORTS UNIFORM FOR MAYOR'S CUP 2025 of the Goods and Services is required 120 DAYS AFTER THE NOTICE TO PROCEED IS RECEIVED BY THE SUPPLIER. Bidders should have completed, within 5 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
