Invitation for Negotiated Procurement for
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COOKING GAS (REFILL)

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to participate in the negotiation of the project, “Supply and Delivery of Cooking Gas (Refill)”, under Section 53.1 of 2016 Revised IRR of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 817,500.00). Proposal(s) received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected during Deliberation and Evaluation of Proposals. Delivery of the Goods is required in 11 months, no later than December 31, 2025.
