  1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Barangay General Malvar of Santiago City through the Barangay Fund - Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy One Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Fifty Nine Centavos( Php 71,615.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Convex Mirrors and Construction Materials for the Installation of Convex Mirrors and Pedestrian Lane with ITB NO. 04-26-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
