SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONTAINER VAN TO BE USED BY

BEREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION

The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 270,000.00) as Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Container Van to be
used by Bereau of Fire Protection. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be
disqualified upon bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Container
Van to be used by Bereau of Fire Protection. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to
the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
(R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
