pcs 60 Supply and delivery of TONER (TN-2380) for eight (8) photocopying machines to be installed at the Accounting, HR, HRDD, LR, Supply, EPS and Medical offices
Terms and Conditions:
Supply of the consumables (toner) includes free use of 8 photocopying machines stipulated in the contract
Each toner will be able to generate a minimum of 2,000 copies
The supplier must shoulder the maintenance cost of the units as a result of wear and tear.
Photocopying machines to be provided must be user-friendly and generate clear & high-quality copies.
The machines can accommodate legal, short and a4 sizes of bond paper.
Mode of Payment: processing shall be done every upon delivery of the consumables.
