1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS (P 860,761.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE FABRICATION OF CHRISTMAS VILLAGE 2025 (CANDY LAND THEME) AT BARLIN PARK, 2025-138-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
