  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR WATER SYSTEM AND REFILLING STATION.
  
  1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Desamparados, TADS., through the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND OF FY 2026, had allocated the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS (Php. 179,105.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (BAC-BLGU-DESAMPARADOS-TADS-2026-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
