SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER RELATED OFFICES

1. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City through POPSF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P 139,440.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER RELATED OFFICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER RELATED OFFICES. Delivery of the Goods required by 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
