SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS/SUPPLIES
1) The Province of Guimaras through the 2026 SPP- Tourism Marketing and Promotion intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 124,800.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS/SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS/SUPPLIES using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
