1.The Municipality of Basilisa, through the 20% MDF 2022 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Sixty-Five Centavos (Php 414,594.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, the project SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION OF SEAWALL @ SITIO YABYABAN BRGY. CORING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
