SOURCE OF FUND: 20% LGDF

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE PESOS (Php1,119,983.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS for Rehabilitation and Restoration of Tourism Complex Landscaping. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS for Rehabilitation and Restoration of Tourism Complex Landscaping.
