1. The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office VI (NIA VI), Iloilo City, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) CY 2025 LOCALLY FUNDED PROJECTS (LPFs) intends to apply the sum TEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PHILIPPINE PESOS AND 61/100 (Php 10,245,875.61) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for PRBIDP Access Road with Contract Reference No. NIAR6-LFPS-PRBIDP-ROAD-GS01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
