1. The National Irrigation Administration - Zamboanga Sibugay Irrigation Management Office through the REPAIR-CIS CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Thirty Pesos Only (Php 864,030.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NIAREG9-12152025-REPAIR-CISCY2026-1072 (GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
