Description : 1. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office, through the Ministry of Finance and Budget and Management (MFBM) under the FY 2023 SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND PROJECTS intends to apply the sum of Twenty one million one hundred fifty-four thousand two hundred fifty-two & 68/100 pesos (Php 21,154,252.68) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials intended for 2023 Special Development Fund by Admin - Cluster 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by two hundred sixteen days (216 c.d.). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
