Description : Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Pressurized Irrigation System at Pangawan and Banao

1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the 2022 Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 486,4400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Pressurized Irrigation System at Pangawan and Banao with Project Identification Number 2024-11-120. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 15 days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from receipt of NTP from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
