1. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, through the General Fund 2024/ 1st SPP 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty Five Pesos (Php429,635.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Slaughterhouse Facility at Barangay Sta. Rosa//12-038-24-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) day only. Bidders should have completed projects, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid and at least Fifty Percent (50%), prior from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
