1. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, through the General Fund for FY 2024/3rd SPP 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million, Six Hundred Thirty Six Thousand, Seven Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php3,636,700.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Municipal Building of Various Offices of LGU-by Administration /12-037-23-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed projects within two (2) years, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid and at least Fifty Percent (50%), prior from the date of submissio...
