1. The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Lallana, through the KALAHI CIDSS KKB-CDD, C.Y. 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two hundred fifty-two thousand three hundred ninety-two pesos and 44/100 (Php 252,392.44) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Fence and Canal with an ITB-JL-2025-005-Goods.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
