Description : The project involves the supply and delivery of construction materials necessary for the expansion and improvement of the CMU Board Room. The materials to be provided shall support various scopes of work, including masonry, concrete, tiling, painting, roofing, electrical, ceiling, and doors & windows installation. All materials shall be brand-new, of high quality, and conform to the applicable DPWH and industry standards to ensure the durability, safety, and aesthetic value of the completed structure.

The items to be supplied and delivered include, but are not limited to, the following categories:

Masonry and Concrete Works - Cement, screened sand, gravel, reinforcing steel bars (10mm and 12mm), and tie wires for the construction of walls, beams, columns, and footings.
