Description : Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for DepEd RO VI Building Lounge
To: All Eligible Bidders:
(1) Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the items listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ. Submit your quotation duly signed by your authorized representative to the BAC Secretariat or to the General Services Unit (End-User), Department of Education Regional Office VI, Duran St., Iloilo City not later than at 10:00 a.m. Upon receipt of at least one (1) quotation on the deadline set for submission, the BAC shall open the quotations.
(2) Terms and Conditions
a. All entries must be READABLE/TYPEWRITTEN.
b. Price validity must be valid for the whole duration of the contract.
c. Delivery period within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Contract to DepEd RO VI, Duran St., Iloilo City.
d. Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials and one (1) year for equipment, to be reckoned from date of acceptance by the procuring entity.
