1) The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, through the MEO-MOOE (Rep. & Maint.-Local Roads Maintenance) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos (₱ 508,852.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Construction/Rehabilitation of Road at Zone 1 A & B, Tinangis, Pili, Cam. Sur / Contract Number DBM-2025-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
