The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Three Pesos & 75/100 (P 143,543.75), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Construction/Improvement of Evacuation Center at Centro 7, Claveria, Cagayan, chargeable against 2025 20% Development Fund.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
