" The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY 2025 INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS Intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE PESOS (Php. 1,504,165.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE COVERED GYM AT BADLAN CENTRAL SCHOOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
