  1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Santo Niño, San Miguel, Bohol, through the financial assistance from PLGU CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND AND EIGHTY PESOS (Php 738,080.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR CONCRETING OF ACCESS ROAD AT PUROK 5 OF BRGY. STO. NIÑO, SAN MIGUEL, BOHOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
