1. PROCURING ENTITY:
The Philippine Carabao Center at CSU invites Philippine-registered suppliers/distributors to submit price quotations for the "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE BUILDING OF NIGHT CORRAL (PCC AT CSU-QUARANTINE)"

2. SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS:
The project covers the supply and delivery of construction materials, including:
General Materials: Cement, sand, gravel, rebars, tie wire, plywood, form lumber
Metal Structures: Angle bars, purlins, sag rods, welding rods
Roofing Materials: Pre-painted metal sheets, ridge rolls, screws, rivets, sealants

All materials must comply with Philippine National Standards (PNS) and be delivered in good condition to the project site.

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Delivery must be completed within THIRTY(30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Delivery Site: Night Corral, Piat, Cagayan
Supplier is responsible for transportation, handling, and offloading.
