The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos (P 179,452.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Construction/Improvement of Evacuation Center at San Isidro, Claveria, Cagayan, chargeable against 2025 20% Development Fund.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
