Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos (Php428,869.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Construction and Lighting Materials for PNOC EC (3 Lots) (“Project”), through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of goods shall be within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order to PNOC EC Field Office, KM9, Diplahan, Zamboanga, Sibugay.
