SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHT AT POBLACION, LAAK

1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025, as approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT PESOS (₱3,634,378.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHT AT POBLACION, LAAK UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1553. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
