1.The City of Panabo, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 51, Series 2024- CHO- MOOE-Drugs and Medicines Expenses (Disease Surveillance Operations)(Maternal and Child Health Program) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos and Fifty Centavos Only (Php 4,072,337.50) being the ABC to payments under contract for Supply and Delivery of Consolidated Drugs and Medicines for City Health Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. The goods to be supplied and delivered are described below:
