SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTERS, BINDING MACHINE, AND PRINTERS

1. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (P628,400.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTERS, BINDING MACHINE, AND PRINTERS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, now invites Bids from eligible bidders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTERS, BINDING MACHINE, AND PRINTERS. Delivery of the GOODS is required within seven (7) calendar days. The description of eligible Bidders is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
