Invitation to Bid for the

Supply and Delivery of Computer Inks and Printers to be used by Various Offices in the Municipality of Victoria, Oriental Mindoro

1.The Municipal Government of Victoria, through the General Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five Pesos Only (Php 430,765.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Computer Inks and Printers to be used by Various Offices in the Municipality of Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Victoria thru its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
