The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 1,655,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTER DESKTOP AND OTHER SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
