  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPLETE SET STEEL PAYAO FLOATERS.
  
  The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-12 (BFAR-12) of the Department of Agriculture, through the General Appropriations Act for 2025 intends to apply the sum indicated in the table below, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (Php2,132,320.00) Pesos to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No.: 2025-003 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPLETE SET STEEL PAYAO FLOATERS”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
