Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

65 bags COMPLETE FERTILIZER
- 14% Nitrogen
- 14% Phosphorus (P205)
- 14% Potassium (K20)
- 50 kilograms/bag
- Granular

Other requirements: (during Opening of Bids)
- Bidder should be FPA registered
- Product must be FPA registered
- Certificate of analysis from FPA accredited laboratory not earlier than August 2024.
- Bidder's warehouse must be FPA registered
- Certificate of 100% availability of stocks
- with DA-AMIA Logo, NOT FOR SALE Label and DA Tagline
- Delivery sites will be in ROS, Magalang Pampanga
- Delivery period: 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
