1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the SB2 2024 - Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Three Pesos (Php 2,564,543.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Communication Equipment and Computer Supplies/Spare parts for the use of PICTO- PICTO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0511 under Bid No. B-25-0149. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) days.
