Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Common-Use Supplies and Equipment and Janitorial Supplies for FY 2026 of DepEd Regional Office VI

1) The Department of Education-Regional Office VI (DepEd-RO VI), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and 50/100 (P1,019,436.50) for Lot I-Common Use Office Supplies and Four Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (P484,685.00) for Lot II-Janitorial Supplies being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DepEd-RO VI now invites bids for the following items:
