THE MODE OF PROCUREMENT

WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule IV Section 26.1 of Republic Act No. 12009 the Procuring Entity shall adapt any of the modes of procurement consistent with the Fit-for-Purpose procurement approach;

WHEREAS, Supplementary Feeding Program is the provision of food, in addition to the regular meals to currently enrolled in Child Development Centers (CDCs) and/or Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP) in the Local Government Units (LGUs) of CALABARZON Region;
