Invitation to Bid for the
Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice for Barangay Rice Subsidy
ITB NO: BALINCAGUING-SFZ-GOODS 2025-002 - SECOND BIDDING
1. The Brgy. Balincaguing, San Felipe, Zambales, through the Supplemental Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (P 285,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice for Barangay Rice Subsidy - BALINCAGUING-SFZ-GOODS 2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Balincaguing, San Felipe, Zambales now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
