1. The Court of Appeals, through the Fiscal Autonomy Fund intends to apply the sum of
₱2,700,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery
of Commemorative Jackets. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
