Description : The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of cleaning supplies for 56 units PMS vehicles for three (3) months with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P260,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 22 October 2025 at 2:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney .
