-Certificate of distributorship from the manufacturer itself
-Certification of chemical analysis from the manufacturer
-Certificate of Analysis and/or Laboratory Test Result from Philippine Registered laboratories (PIPAC or DOST)
(Note: Test Result should be at least Four (4) months before bid opening)
-Database of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
-With NSF Certification
-Should have a warehouse within Negros Occidental
-The supplier must be responsible in the unloading of items
-Must bring sample of Chlorine Granules during Bid Opening
