Certificate of Feed Product Registration from BAI
LTO of Feed Establishment
With certificate of analysis from BAI accredited laboratory
With Aflatoxin Test result within regulatory limits, sample will be collected and tested before delivery
Packaging with interior plastic lining
With DA-AMIA logo and NOT FOR SALE label in the bag
Delivery Period: 30 days upon receipt of Purchase Order
