SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHEST FREEZER FOR SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM MILK COMPONENT IMPLEMENTATION
1. The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Cebu Province, through the School-Based Feeding Program Fund (ROP-7-24-0050/ROP-7-24-0130) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2,000,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHEST FREEZER FOR SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM MILK COMPONENT IMPLEMENTATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
