The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the GF 5-02-03-080-1 intends to apply the sum of Php 4,496,295.72 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-GS-2025-011 Supply and Delivery of Chemistry Reagents and Consumables with free use and Compatible with the Existing VITROS 350 Chemistry Analyzer Equipment, QPMC, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
