1. The Funding Source is the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Supplemental Budget 2022 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,400,000.00) Only, being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 11880564/LGUBS-GD-25-03-036, Supply and Delivery of Chemistry Analyzer and Biological Safety Cabinet for Rural Health Unit , Basey, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
