1) The MARINE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMAND (MEPCOM), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and 20/100 (Php 190,891.20) Only being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Chemicals for MSIF Laboratory (Lot 2: Supply and Delivery of Helium Gas and Outright Cylinder) 2nd Posting with Project ID No. MEPCOM- BID05-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
